To all those who went to Otakon, I hope you have had fun! I am currently heading to Pennsic War and will be away from home (and a computer) for two weeks straight. Look for the next update sometime in the week of August 15th!

Firstly, thanks to all those that showed up at our table during Anime Mid Atlantic! We had fun and got more than a few people to try the ‘Momo-chan challenge’! Also while we were there, Manny from GPX Gaming snagged me and Leo for a podcast, which you can listen to here:

There are no excuses I can offer as to why it has taken me so long to update the comic to any of you who are still reading and checking by here for updates. I will say that life does happen and brings us things we do not like but have to deal with nonetheless, which is somewhat of an explanation of where I have been these past few months or why I haven’t updated.

Frankly I have had a hard time coming to grips with how slow the updates have been on the book and have formulated one plan or another to speed production…and I cannot with any assurance say that things will improve…just that I will now try to do better than we have in the past. What the future brings, I do not know…but I do know that after a long time wresting with this, I am not willing to give up.

I hope you like the latest page and please, feel free to check out our store section, which is now linked to the AVP shop! Support us by buying when you can, as it helps to finance faster and further publications of the book and may be a way towards improving our update schedule.

As is readily apparent, we haven’t updated for a good long while. This is primarily my fault, as I went into a period of apathy after my computer was hacked and destroyed (long story). Anyhow I am back and plan on being more active as time allows.

I have another page besides this one already ready, so look for me to post it up middle of next week. I have kept Satanasov busy on convention art projects, thus he needs a bit of leeway in queuing up the next offering.

Evening!

Well, just got back and somewhat recovered from New England Comic Con…and while I was away, Satanasov completed another page! One of the things you might have noticed here is that I have now taken over the lettering on the book. Hopefully I will do sufficiently while I learn the ropes…please feel free to leave comments and recommendations for improvement.

I’ll post a con report and an update on all kinds of things later on…so check this site later on in the week!

Updated this page, which I have one version of after I lettered it…so sorry to those of the faint of heart, but Brawyn’s chest is unobstructed by mist…thus yes, you can see nippleage…

Regardless of that, this page advances some of the plot in the storyline, so I hope it intrigues you all somewhat…in this case it starts the points of difference in this storyline and the old Chisuji plotline.

That said, be on the lookout for us at New England Comic Con in Boston Oct 15 – 17. Should be fun and while there we will have Chapters 1 – 9 of the old Chisuji Archives (in 5 books) for sale as well as a plushie of Momo-chan, Chisa Masami’s stuffed animal. I’ll post up some official pictures and so on once we get them…and hope to see you there!

Heya all…

Got the latest page up…and hope you like it, as it was an addition beyond the script we felt was needed.

Sorry I am not so energetic today, I am posting this as I wait on word from the vet about one of my cats (who I have had for 10 years now). Right now the prognosis is kidney failure, liver problems and needing to have an abscessed tooth removed. Hopefully these are treatable…but some are beyond my current financial ability to get taken care off. Please wish me and Hugo (my cat) luck…..I hope he makes it…

Latest page is up after some corrective work, but all in all it turned out well. This page I think shows some of Brawyn’s strength and what she normally does when not mired up in the upcoming storyline. Of note, the next page that we put out will be off script as both Satanasov and I agreed that an additional sequence was needed to display all the elements of this scene. Can’t wait for it to be ready for you all to see…
